Freezes can be executed in various body positions, such as on the hands, elbows, or head. Common types of freezes include:
- Baby Freeze: A beginner-friendly position where the dancer balances on one arm while resting the head on the ground.
- Chair Freeze: Involves supporting the body with both arms while the legs are lifted and bent, resembling a seated position.
- Head Freeze: A more advanced move where the dancer balances on their head with the body extended vertically.
- Elbow Freeze: A position where the dancer supports their weight on their elbows while their legs are lifted in various ways.
